Whether you just need organization or to have your Inbox completely sorted, I work with you to clean up your Inbox and keep it that way. An organized and efficient inbox will allow you more time for your business instead of scrolling through email after email.

I will create filters for your incoming emails and design email templates for frequently sent responses to keep your business running smoothly. This will help you quickly scan which emails are most important, what can wait until later, and what can be replied to quickly with a template email.

On a Budget?
For hourly rates, I also offer “not-to-be-exceeded” monthly hours billed. We will discuss what you need to be done for the month and estimate the amount of time needed to complete those tasks. When I am getting close to that maximum number of budgeted hours, I will contact you and YOU decide to either approve more hours or meet the budgeted hours and stop the work until the next month. This allows you to stay in control of your budget.

Invoices due upon receipt
Unpaid invoices after 15 days from date of invoice, will be subject to a 10% late fee
