A Virtual Assistant or VA is an independent contractor who provides services to clients. However, a VA does not work in the client’s office but works from their own office/home. Thus, your business saves money by eliminating the cost of an in-house employee.
Schwab Virtual Assistant Services offers Email and Calendar Management, Administrative Support, and Author Assistant and/or Professional Speaker Assistant. Click [here] for a full list of services.
There are a few fast and easy ways to communicate with me. Email is the best way but we can utilize Zoom calls for more in-depth face-to-face conversations. Slack can be utilized (during office hours) for more time-sensitive issues.
I work Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm Eastern Standard Time. Any contact outside of those hours will be addressed the next business day.
With every contract, there is a standard Non-Disclosure clause. I also use LastPass to make sure your login information is secure. (LastPass is a free password manager that stores encrypted passwords online.)
For Hourly Rates, Packages, and Projects, there is a 50% deposit due before work will begin. This deposit amount will be subtracted from the final invoice.
You will receive an invoice that will have a link to pay directly.
Invoices will be sent out by email on the 1st day of every month. Payment is due by the 16th day of every month. A 20% late charge will be added to any invoice that is past due. This will continue to accrue until the account is current.
I use Toggle, a time tracking program. You will only be billed for the hours worked; you are not billed for breaks or interruptions.
